4. After the production is completed, we will send pictures or videos to the customer to confirm.

5. For customer choosing installment plans, customers should pay the final payment before delivery.

6. Shipping (The shipping time will basically take 15-20 business days,some remote countries or location may exceed this shipping time.)

Q: Can I return or exchange a commission/style wig?
  • For commission/style products, no refunds will be accepted after the product has begun to be made. If the customer is not satisfied, it can be re-modified.
  • Refunds are also not accepted after the deposit for customised products has been paid.
  • After the customer receives the products, if the goods are broken due to logistics, the customer can give feedback based on the unboxing video within 48 hours after the receipt of the products, and we will re-make the replacement products.
Q: What is expedited service for commission/style wig:

The expedited service is for commission/style wig. You can pay an extra fee for styling your wig 1-2 months ahead of original schedule.

2 months earlier: 50% of the wig price
