The 10% Basic Wig offer applies only to eligible products in the Basic Wigs collection when two or more qualifying Basic Wigs are in the same order. Styled Wigs, Commission Wigs, Tools, Accessories, gift products, shipping fees, taxes, and non-qualifying items are excluded from this offer.
This offer cannot be combined with free gifts, other Summer Sale benefits, coupon codes, automatic discounts, sale offers, store credits, reward programs, or any other KOOLLIA site promotion. If more than one promotion appears to apply, KOOLLIA reserves the right to honor only one eligible benefit.
Gift eligibility is based on the eligible merchandise total in the cart at checkout. Orders reaching $100 may unlock the Hanging Wig Storage Bag. Orders reaching $300 may unlock the Random Theme Ita Bag Decor Kit.
Gift tiers do not stack. Each qualifying order may claim only one gift, and the available gift should correspond to the highest eligible milestone reached and successfully added before checkout. If multiple gifts or overlapping promotional benefits are added, KOOLLIA may remove extra gifts, adjust the order, or contact the customer before fulfillment.
No. The free gift is not automatically added to the cart. After adding products, refresh the page or reopen the cart drawer so the milestone reads the latest cart total. Once the $100 or $300 milestone is reached, the customer must manually add the unlocked target gift from the cart drawer or cart page milestone area before checkout.
Only gifts added through the milestone area before checkout will be reviewed for eligibility. Gifts not manually added before checkout, gifts added after the order is placed, or gifts added when the cart no longer meets the required milestone may not be honored or shipped.
No. Summer Sale benefits cannot be combined with each other, and they cannot be combined with any other KOOLLIA site discount, coupon code, automatic discount, sale offer, gift promotion, reward, store credit, or special arrangement unless KOOLLIA confirms otherwise in writing.
If an order receives more than one promotional benefit, KOOLLIA reserves the right to apply only one eligible offer, remove free gifts, adjust or cancel discounts, correct the order total, cancel suspected misuse, or contact the customer before fulfillment. The customer is responsible for checking the cart before checkout.
The event runs only during the Summer Sale campaign period shown on the site. Free gifts are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Reaching a milestone does not guarantee a gift if the gift is out of stock, not manually added before checkout, or the order is later adjusted below the required threshold.
If an item is returned, canceled, refunded, unavailable, modified, or otherwise adjusted so the order no longer meets the event requirement, KOOLLIA may cancel the benefit, request return of the gift, deduct the gift value, or make a fulfillment adjustment. KOOLLIA reserves the final right of interpretation for this event.
