01. Application & Eligibility
Is there a minimum follower count to join?
We welcome creators of all sizes, from Nano (2k+) to Mega influencers. While numbers matter, we prioritize content quality, engagement rate, and style alignment. Even if you are just starting, show us your best work!
How long does the approval process take?
Our team reviews applications manually to ensure quality. This typically takes 3-7 business days, but may vary during peak seasons. You will be notified via email only if your application is approved.
Do I need to be exclusive to Koollia?
No, we do not demand exclusivity. However, partners who create content primarily featuring Koollia products will be prioritized for Official Spotlights and free sample campaigns.
02. Earnings & Payments
How exactly is the commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the Net Sales Amount (Subtotal). This strictly excludes shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any discounts applied at checkout. If a customer requests a refund, the commission for that order will be deducted from your balance.
When will I get paid?
We process payments on a monthly cycle. There is a minimum payout threshold (e.g., $20 or $50 depending on the method). If your balance is below this, it rolls over to the next month.
Can I earn commission on my own orders?
Strictly No. Self-referrals (buying through your own link) are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partnership. Active partners should ask their manager for a Special Internal Discount instead.
03. Perks & Sponsorships
Do I get free wigs immediately upon joining?
Acceptance into the program does not guarantee immediate free products. Free wig seeding is a reward for active partners who have demonstrated their ability to create high-quality content or generate sales.
Can I get a custom discount code?
Yes! Upon approval, you will receive a unique 10% OFF code (e.g., YOURNAME10) to share with your audience. This code also helps us track your sales performance.
How does the "Paid Ad Boost" work?
We monitor partner content weekly. If your video or photo performs exceptionally well and fits our brand aesthetic, we may invest our own budget to boost it on TikTok/IG, driving traffic to both our store and your profile.
04. Content Policy
Who owns the content I create?
You retain ownership. However, by participating in the program, you grant Koollia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content on our official channels (website, social media, ads) for marketing purposes.
What content is prohibited?
We do not tolerate content that is offensive, discriminatory, or damaging to the Koollia brand image. We encourage healthy, positive, and creative cosplay expression.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
Our tracking cookie typically lasts for 30 days. This means if a user clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you get the credit (unless they click another affiliate's link in between).
Koollia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program, including commission rates and benefits, at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to revoke the partnership of any individual who violates our brand guidelines or engages in fraudulent activity. Koollia holds the right of final interpretation for all program rules.
