Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TIME:
The production cycle (order process time + shipping time) of customized products varies according to the complexity of the products. Please consult customer service when placing an order.
*Order Process time for common product: 1-5 business days
*Custom items order, please confirm with customer service the production cycle and shipping time, usually items need to be shot in a single batch; the production cycle ranges from 1-3 months. Please confirm before ordering.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Most of our orders are delivered in about 15 days to the main countries, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times.
So, please account for 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Large parcel: over 5kg or oversized, we will arrange large parcel shipping; the delivery time of a large parcel is about 4 weeks.
If 60 days have passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us. We will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time as Free Shipping to arrive.
SHIPPING FEE:
1. Free shipping on orders over $30 to the following countries:
USA(Except Guam, Hawaii), Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Singapore, Hungary, Estonia, Vietnam, Australia, Canada(Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia only), Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Korea, Spain, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom
For orders less than $30, the shipping fee is $6.99.
2. Other countries and regions: Fixed shipping fee from 8.99-19.99 USD
Note: Customized products shipping costs, please confirm with customer service when placing an order.
For remote areas or islands, due to restrictions on international logistics channels, logistics companies may charge additional fees for remote areas. Customers are requested to specify their address when placing an order and confirm the relevant logistics costs with customer service. (If the address is not specified when placing an order, additional logistics fees for remote areas may be charged later.) Please understand that these fees are charged by the logistics company.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All orders are sent with a Tracking ID. You can track your order here.
Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays, as these are out of our control.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
We cannot be held responsible for any action/or costs/or taxes/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
