Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:

Total Processing Time (Order Processing + Shipping time)

  • Order Processing Time (Non-custom products): 1–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping (Basic Wigs):
    Most major regions in Europe and the Americas: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Currently available for the United States. Delivery takes 6–10 business days.

*For custom orders (e.g., commissioned wigs or pre-styled items), please contact customer service before ordering. These are made in a single batch, and production may take 1–3 months.

Delivery Expectations:
Most orders to major destination countries arrive within approximately 15 days. However, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery due to variables that may affect transit time.

Large Parcels (over 5kg or oversized):
Will be shipped via freight service—allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 60 days, contact us for a full refund or replacement. Replacement shipping mirrors the standard delivery time.


SHIPPING FEE:

1. Free shipping on orders over $30 to the following countries:

USA(Except Guam, Hawaii), Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Singapore, Hungary, Estonia, Vietnam, Australia, Canada(Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia only), Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Korea, Spain, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom


For orders less than $30, the shipping fee is $7.99. 

2. Other countries and regions: Fixed shipping fee from 8.99-19.99 USD

Note: Customized products shipping costs, please confirm with customer service when placing an order.

For remote areas or islands, due to restrictions on international logistics channels, logistics companies may charge additional fees for remote areas. Customers are requested to specify their address when placing an order and confirm the relevant logistics costs with customer service. (If the address is not specified when placing an order, additional logistics fees for remote areas may be charged later.) Please understand that these fees are charged by the logistics company.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All orders are sent with a Tracking ID. You can track your order here.

Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays, as these are out of our control.


TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
We cannot be held responsible for any action/or costs/or taxes/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
