DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM

During transportation, accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you.

If you received a damaged item, please report to support@koollia.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email.

A return of the damaged product is not needed.

Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM

Products that are not defective can be returned for refund. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact the customer services first and send the item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy.

We allow consumers to apply for return within 14 days after signing. No returns made after 14 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Items must be with their original label and packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup,deodorant, or wear.

The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

RETURNS METHOD

All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account, or return according to the original payment method.

If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card (expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit to your account to be used on future purchases.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM

1.You can only return items that are unused, unwashed, have the original tags/packaging attached.

2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:gift cards.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

3.Our company do not provide refunds in case of product misuse.

CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

Unfortunately we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at support@koollia.com to see if a modification can be made.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
