I will send a packing video before packing, and you need to shoot an unpacking video within 24h after receiving the wig. If the wig is damaged due to violent transportation, it can be returned or repaired by yourself

Q: Can I return or exchange a commission/style wig?
  • For commission/style products, no refunds will be accepted after the product has begun to be made. If the customer is not satisfied, it can be re-modified.
  • Refunds are also not accepted after the deposit for customised products has been paid.
  • After the customer receives the products, if the goods are broken due to logistics, the customer can give feedback based on the unboxing video within 48 hours after the receipt of the products, and we will re-make the replacement products.

The expedited service is for commission/style wig. You can pay an extra fee for styling your wig 1-2 months ahead of original schedule.
If you need this service please tell us when you ask for commission.

2 months earlier: 50% of the wig price
