Due to the special nature of the Mystery Box/Blind Box event, all sales are FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Blind Box items simply because the style was not your preference. Exceptions are only made in the rare case of significant manufacturing defects (unboxing video proof required). By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the risk of the mystery.

Please note that the product photos show wigs that have been professionally trimmed and styled.

To ensure safe shipping and maintain hygiene, you will receive a basic wig (unnumbered/unstyled state). Bangs and layers may require trimming to fit your specific face shape. We recommend using hair wax or spray to achieve the exact look in the photos.

We process orders within 2-5 business days. While we strive to ship everything as quickly as possible, shipping transit times depend entirely on the carrier and customs processing.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or customs holds.

If you purchase items as part of a bundle promotion (e.g., Buy 2 Get 10% Off) and decide to return part of the order, the discount will be voided.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the original full price of the item you kept. Additionally, all returned wigs must be unwashed, uncut, and in their original packaging with tags attached to meet our hygiene standards.

We try our best to capture the true color of our wigs. However, due to different monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions during photography, slight color variations may occur. Such variations are not considered product defects.
