Customers provide the character name, 3-view reference images (front, side, back), and the date by which they hope to receive the wig. This helps us assess the project’s complexity and timing.

💰 Step 2｜Quotation
We evaluate the complexity, materials, and estimated labor time, then send a tailored price quote.

✅ Step 3｜Order Confirmation
Once the quote is accepted, we confirm all details and request a head-measurement video to ensure perfect fit. This is one of the most crucial steps.

🎨 Step 4｜Hair Color & Accessories
We confirm the wig’s color using visual references provided by the client to ensure it closely matches the character’s design. We also check if accessories like clips, bows, or crowns are needed—please note: accessories are not included in the initial quote and will incur an additional charge if requested.

🧵 Step 5｜Start of Production
Production begins. Gravity-defying wigs may require internal wire support and scaffolding, while natural styles involve precision layering and ventilation techniques. All wigs are 100% handcrafted by KOOLLIA’s experienced artisans.

📸 Step 6｜Review & Feedback
We send high-quality preview photos of the completed wig. If adjustments are needed, we fine-tune the details until the client is fully satisfied.

📦 Step 7｜Final Address Confirmation
Before shipping, we reconfirm the customer’s latest delivery address—especially for international orders.

🚚 Step 8｜Shipment & Tracking
Within 3–5 business days of dispatch, we provide tracking information. Then, all that’s left is to await the arrival of your dream wig!
