• Natural Style Wigs: These wigs focus on realism and smooth hair flow, divided into:

  1. 3D-Model-Based Wigs – Built according to a digital or sculpted model

  2. Flow-Based Wigs – Designed to show natural parting and directional hair movement

Step 1｜Inquiry

Provide the character name, 3-view reference images (front, side, back), wig length, style, and desired delivery date.

Step 2｜Quotation

We evaluate styling complexity, materials, labor, and shipping to offer a custom quote.

Step 3｜Order Confirmation

➤ CRUCIAL STEP! Submit a head-measurement video as per our guide.
➤ Incomplete data will prevent us from starting production.
➤ Customers bear full responsibility for measurement errors (see Return Policy No. 4).

Step 4｜Hair Color & Accessories

➤ Slight color variation may occur due to device differences.
➤ Accessories (clips, bows, crowns, etc.) are not included in the base price and will incur extra fees.

Step 5｜Start of Production

🚫 No refunds after production begins.
➤ Progress may be shared on social media. Contact us for more updates.

Step 6｜Review & Feedback

We will send preview images of the completed wig. One-time free detail adjustment is available (e.g., bangs, sideburns).

Step 7｜Final Address Confirmation

➤ Address must be valid for 60+ days (especially for international orders).
➤ Full address with house/building number and phone number is required. No PO Boxes or abbreviations.
➤ KOOLLIA is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses (see Return Policy No. 4).

Step 8｜Shipment & Tracking

➤ Tracking info provided within 3–5 business days after shipment.
➤ International delivery usually takes 4–6 weeks (may delay during peak season).
