At least point and style the ears. Also, the ears snapped off the clips almost immediately. I had to not only completely redo the ears by adding brushed-out yarn, but I also had to somehow connect them to a headband and make sure they were stable enough and seamless with the wig's original hair color. I think that, given everything was completely unstyled compared to the photo, it was worth way more than it should've been. I feel that, really, I only paid for a certain pattern of hair color. It did do its job for my cosplay, but only after I PERSONALLY modified it heavily.

Why is there such a big price difference for character wigs (ranging from $50 for a Basic to $700+ for a Premium Custom)?
The price difference ultimately comes down to labor, time, and craftsmanship complexity. Our services range from Basic to Custom: Basic wigs usually cost around $50 because you are primarily paying for the raw materials. In contrast, our Premium Custom wigs account for hours of intensive manual labor by professional wig stylists, highly complex styling techniques, and an exclusively personalized service, making them higher-priced but truly one-of-a-kind.
How do I choose the right wig size and head circumference?
Standard Sizing (Basic & Pre-styled): Designed to fit most people comfortably, these wigs feature an adjustable inner cap that accommodates head circumferences between 21 and 23 inches.
Custom Sizing (Premium Custom): If you have specific sizing needs (e.g., a larger head size, taller body proportions, or simply want a flawless fit), our custom wig service includes tailor-made sizing. We will craft the wig based on your exact head measurements to ensure the ultimate cosplay experience.
Can I heat-style or dye the basic wigs? What is the maximum temperature they can handle?
Yes! All Koollia wigs are made from premium high-temperature synthetic fibers, which are heat-resistant up to 180°C (350°F). You can safely use curling irons, flat irons, and other heat tools to set your style. They can also be dyed to suit your creative needs.
